Overview

Objectives
Describe the dual nature of the mind and how each aspect is most useful in terms of optimal performance. Identify three powerful effects of focused attention. Determine how to best use personal energy toward improved productivity. Recognize how to skillfully move from one project to the next, or come back to a project after being interrupted, with focus and clarity of mind. Identify how to reduce the sense of being in a “time crunch” and improve your ability to think under pressure. Write a Learning Summary which will guide you in continuing to take action on what you have learned.

This training includes experiential learning, conceptual information, discussion, visuals, and group interaction designed to teach and integrate the concepts. It also includes a training manual for each participant.
