Overview
Do you deal with multiple projects, constant change

mind back on task once you have been interrupted? Does the
pressure of multiple deadlines make you feel like you are

In this session you will discover how to transform the way
you are using your mind so that you can better focus,
improve productivity and reduce your stress level at the
same time. You are guaranteed to take away powerful ideas

Objectives
Describe the dual nature of the mind and how each
aspect is most useful in terms of optimal performance.
Identify three powerful effects of focused attention.
Determine how to best use personal energy toward improved
productivity. Recognize how to skillfully move from one
